SUPERIOR installed all marble in the suites of the original tower plus all stone in the public areas (restrooms, restaurants, pool area, and casino) including the fabulous mosaic floor in the conservatory and the grand stairway. The grand stairway was later removed to make room for the spa tower.
The spa tower which included 1000 rooms plus suites and low-rise included amenities such as solid marble shower pans, marble shower, tubs and vanities in every typical room as well as several retail spaces such as the Sensi restaurant. SUPERIOR installed all tile and marble in the spa tower. In addition all 3000 typical rooms in the original towers were remodeled with the same marble used in the spa towers including solid marble shower pans. The most amazing portion of the remodel was the schedule: SUPERIOR completed the remodel installing 120 rooms per week, at times working two shifts, 7 days a week to achieve the schedule requirements.
